Care Requirements

Successful rearing of caterpillars through the metamorphosis stage requires strict adherence to all provided instructions. Our live caterpillars are delicate living creatures that require proper care, appropriate temperature conditions, and careful handling.

Your Responsibility

Once your caterpillars have been delivered, their care is entirely your responsibility. This includes:

• Following all care instructions provided with your kit
• Maintaining appropriate temperature and environmental conditions
• Handling caterpillars gently and minimally
• Monitoring their development and health
• Providing proper habitat conditions

Replacements & Refunds

Due to the living nature of our products, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed. While we take every precaution to ensure healthy caterpillars are shipped, we cannot control environmental factors, handling, or care after delivery.
